Third Grade
Mrs. Dunn and Mrs. Lewis

November 23 - 25

AND

November 30 - December 4

Dear Parents,

Throughout our three day week, we will be studying a unit about the Native Americans and Pilgrims in preparation for Thanksgiving.  Students will participate in games and activities that will develop their knowledge of this time period.  Students will work in groups to complete challenges in an attempt to compete against the original Pilgrims.  Students must outwit, outplay, and outlast the original Pilgrims in order to SURVIVE!  This educational unit is so intense that it will take the entire three days to complete; thus, we will not have any formal assessments this week.  The remainder of our newsletter will pertain to the week of November 30th - December 4th.

We are in need of kleenex, disinfectant wipes or spray (we have LOTS of paper towels to use☺), and hand sanitizer.  We TRULY appreciate any donations that you are able to make.  Thank you SO much!!!!!!

We hope that you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Enjoy your families and the many blessings that God has given.

                                                                                                                               Happy Thanksgiving!
